Micromach Technology Wins Laser Star Rising Award – “Best Technological Innovation in Laser Intelligent Equipment”!
On November 28, 2025, at the 4th China Laser Star Rising Enterprises Summit & Advanced Laser Processing Technology Forum held in Wuhan, Xi'an Micromach Technology Co., Ltd. (Micromach) stood out among numerous outstanding participants and was proudly awarded the “Best Technological Innovation in Laser Intelligent Equipment Award” for its independently developed Dual-Station Micro-Hole Processing Equipment. This prestigious honor not only represents authoritative recognition of Micromach’s technical strength but also serves as an important milestone in China’s advancement toward high-end, intelligent laser equipment.

During the summit, Mr. Wang Zi, President of Micromach Innovation Research Institute, stated: Micromach has made breakthroughs in two core areas of ultrafast laser technology:
- In property control, we have mastered multi-parameter coupled regulation mechanisms, achieving high-surface-integrity processing techniques for a wide range of materials.
- In morphology control, we have overcome the challenge of adaptive positioning for micro-deep-hole machining on complex curved surfaces, effectively solving profile error issues.
To date, the company has conquered more than 30 key technologies and independently developed core components including ultrafast lasers and liquid-crystal spatial light modulators. These achievements have enabled the development of a serialized portfolio of equipment for the aviation, aerospace, and electronics industries, successfully replacing imported equivalents.
Dual-Station Micro-Hole Processing Equipment

Designed to dramatically improve processing efficiency and building on Micromach’s industrialized ultrafast laser precision manufacturing platform, this equipment specifically addresses the demanding requirements for high-efficiency and high-positional-accuracy film cooling holes in turbine blades.
The machine features a dual Z-axis independent design with separately operated motion modules, significantly enhancing rigidity and equipment utilization. A single laser source outputs two parallel beams, which are amplified and shaped in the optical transmission module before entering the processing heads for complex motion trajectories. Combined with proprietary software that incorporates adaptive positioning technology based on optical Scanning and 3D modeling of complex curved surfaces, the system delivers superior workpiece positioning accuracy and enables high-quality micro-hole machining on superhard materials.


Founded in 2015, Xi'an Micromach Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the R&D, production, and integrated solutions of high-end ultrafast laser precision manufacturing equipment.
