  • 2015

    Xi'an Micromach Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with a commitment to building an internationally leading photonics manufacturing base.
  • 2016-2017

    Successfully delivered the first blade film cooling hole manufacturing equipment, and completed the production of the first turbine blade film cooling holes. Xi'an Micromach was awarded the First-Class Science and Technology Award of Shaanxi Province.
  • 2018-2019

    For the first time, Xi'an Micromach led a national key R&D program, with related achievements selected for the "Large Exhibition for the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up" and the "Innovation Achievements Exhibition for the 70th Anniversary of the Chinese Academy of Sciences".

    Built China’s first industrialization base for femtosecond laser precision manufacturing equipment.

Relying on the core technology of digital optics, the company has developed several decades of spatial light modulator products with its own intellectual property rights and three major product series (spatial light modulator products and module systems, optical simulation and test equipment for the field, industrial microprojectors, and programmable laser heads), which have been widely used in the fields of education, scientific research, aerospace and industrial processing, etc.

Spatial light modulator(SLM) is an optically programmable element that can realize arbitrary light field by changing the phase distribution. At present, we have developed more than 30 spatial light modulator products with our own intellectual property rights, which can be applied in the fields of projection imaging, dynamic field simulation, scattering imaging, image filtering, new type of special displays, teaching instruments, 3D printing, photolithography, structured light microscopy, three-dimensional measurements, in-vehicle HUDs, optical communications, biomedical imaging, super-resolution microscopy, and micro-nano-processing.

The optical teaching system is a digital optical teaching system based on spatial light modulator and combined with the actual situation and experimental characteristics of optics experimental teaching in high school, which can be applied in the field of optics teaching in universities and laboratories.It is divided into multi-functional optics teaching system, optics teaching demonstration system, and sliding digital optics teaching system.

The modular system can be divided into optical tweezers system (single-beam optical tweezers system & holographic optical tweezers system), color holographic projection system, atmospheric turbulence simulation system, and computational scattering imaging (ghost imaging) system.
